This dress has close-fitting top, from the waist widened with four triangular. Wedges. One of its most characteristic features are tightly fitting sleeves with maetal or fabric buttons. In courtly fashion sleeves could be widened from wrists or elbows. Moreover in some examples it could have pinned or sewn silken bands, called tippets. This type of dresses could be closed in front with buttons or laced.
Offered dress has 16 pewter buttons in front and 7 buttons on each sleeve. It is made of wool with linen lining.
