Hose were common through all the medieval period. They are one of the basic garments for all reenactors for both civil and military use. They are close fitting made to measure so they fit the anatomic shapes of legs. They are tied to the underwear, garter belt or doublet. Made of wool.
We make holes in the hose to tie a doublet only when ordering a set from us. This is due to their diffrent location in doublet.
