Padded hood – used as a suppession under the helmet or mail hood. Made of two main parts plus wedges.

Four layers of filling:
- linen outer layer,
- cotton reinforcement layer,
- filling - non-woven fabric as standard (a mix of natural and artificial fibers),
- linen lining.
